Habits. What are your habits? Do you bite your nails, chew your lip or tend to fiddle with your hands when you’re nervous? By definition, a habit is a “settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.” Sometimes habits can get annoying, especially when they’re hard to control. BUT, I think if practiced in a positive way, good habits can really improve your life.
Today’s printable is inspired by the Weekly Habits Tracker Pad from Kikki.k. When I saw it I immediate fell in love and knew I had to make my own take on it. I love the idea of writing down little things to add to my daily routine and ticking them off each day!
With this printable, you can write down your weekly ‘good habits’, tick them off every day and write down a reward at the end as well. For those who need that extra kick of motivation to reach your goals, here it is.
Some examples you could add to your ‘good habits’ list could be: drawing, meditating, drinking 8 glasses of water, doing yoga, revising school work or running on the treadmill every day.
This printable has 4 sets of weeks on each page. Apparently, on average it takes around 66 days for a person to form a habit, so it would work best if you printed out 3 copies (which totals up to 84 days).
Remember, just take it one day at a time. Good luck!
